When you list your home with True Equity Realtor, you’re choosing a more affordable, flexible way to sell your property while still receiving professional marketing, MLS exposure, and essential real estate services. You stay in control of most aspects of the selling process, but we offer a variety of optional add-ons to help you enhance your listing and simplify the process if you choose.
What Are You Responsible for as a Seller?
As a seller with True Equity Realtor, here's what you'll need to manage:
1️⃣ Showings – You will coordinate and conduct showings with potential buyers. This includes scheduling appointments, preparing the home, and responding to inquiries.
2️⃣ Contract Preparation – Once you receive offers, you will be responsible for reviewing and preparing the contract documents. If you prefer assistance, you can hire me as your Transaction Coordinator for $495 to ensure all paperwork is handled correctly and professionally.
3️⃣ Negotiations – You will negotiate directly with the buyer and their agent regarding price, terms, and contingencies. You'll also handle negotiations with the title company and any inspection results where the buyer may request repairs or credits.
4️⃣ Open Houses & Buyer Communication – If you want to host open houses to attract potential buyers, you'll be responsible for organizing these events. You will also need to handle buyer inquiries, schedule follow-up visits, and discuss offers.
5️⃣ Final Closing Process – You will coordinate with the title company to ensure all required paperwork is completed, and you'll finalize all details leading up to closing day.
